QUESTION:

I only hear out of one side of my headset.

ANSWER:

If you are using a headset that has separate volume controls for each side, check that both volume controls are turned up. If you use a splitter so more than two people can listen, both headphones that are plugged into the splitter need to be the same (stereo or mono). Stereo headsets and mono headsets are not compatible.
